The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist will report to the Anesthesiology Medical Director with day-to-day support from the OR Nurse Manager, collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with anesthesiologists, friendly perioperative nurses, PACU teams, anesthesia techs, and a diverse, highly skilled group of healthcare professionals; responsibilities span comprehensive pre-op assessments, induction and maintenance of anesthesia, airway management, neuraxial and peripheral nerve blocks, safe emergence, enhanced recovery protocols, and active participation in quality councils and evidence-based practice, with opportunities to precept, teach, and help refine protocols that let every CRNA and nurse anesthesiologist deliver precise, compassionate care.
