Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and deliver high-quality anesthesia care across surgical, procedural, and ambulatory settings. In this CRNA job, you will perform comprehensive preoperative assessments, develop individualized anesthesia plans, administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, manage airways, place lines as authorized, and provide multimodal pain management. Daily responsibilities include intraoperative monitoring and titration of anesthetics, rapid recognition and management of complications, safe emergence and postoperative handoff to PACU, patient education, precise documentation, equipment checks, medication stewardship, and adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. The CRNA will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, proceduralists, and perioperative teams, participate in call rotation, support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, and maintain competencies such as BLS/ACLS/PALS.
What's Needed to Succeed:
- Degree from an approved Nursing program
- Licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist CRNA
- Prior working experience highly desirable
