Responsibilities include throughput optimization, nurse staffing and scheduling, block time stewardship, preference card governance, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, and continuous improvement—anchored by friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, techs, and allied health professionals who take pride in shared governance and interdisciplinary wins.
