The CVICU RN will work in a 10 bed ICU. This dynamic unit supports a wide range of medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. The Cardiac Critical Care Nurse will work in an environment that blends cutting-edge care with the personalized feel of a community-focused hospital, ensuring each patient receives attentive and comprehensive treatment.

As a Cardiac ICU RN, this role reports to experienced nursing leadership including the Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, while collaborating closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams. The ICU  Nurse will provide direct patient care from admission through discharge, including discharge planning, while managing complex cases involving ventilators, arterial lines, central lines, balloon pumps, Impella devices, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy. Responsibilities also include collaborating and supporting other RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff when needed.
