The Director of Burn Services will lead a specialized burn unit that collaborates closely with the emergency department, trauma center, operating room, critical care services, rehabilitation, and outpatient care teams. Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Clinical Director of Burn Services will receive executive support and work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, friendly nurses, therapists, pharmacists, case managers, social workers, educators, quality specialists, and other diverse healthcare professionals. The Clinical Director of Burn Services will oversee daily and long-range program operations, staffing strategy, performance metrics, policy development, fiscal stewardship, process improvement, team engagement, accreditation preparation, and collaborative initiatives designed to elevate burn care throughout the region.
