The Surgical Services Assistant Nurse Manager will support a high-volume surgical services department featuring 60 operating rooms performing complex and specialized procedures across multiple service lines. The OR Clinical Nurse Leader will help ensure efficient surgical flow, safety compliance, and exceptional perioperative patient care. This leadership role includes supporting staffing, scheduling, performance improvement, and staff development initiatives.
