At the long-term care and rehabilitation center, the Administrator, Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center will steward a CMS 4-star rated facility, a long-standing Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility with deep community roots, a full continuum of long-term care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation, a resident-centered and dignity-driven approach in a supportive, homelike environment, a strong interdisciplinary model integrating nursing, therapy, physicians, and social services, and an emphasis on quality improvement, staff development, and system-level resources through a larger health system network.

Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, the Administrator oversees approximately 15 FTEs with total building oversight to ensure compliance, survey readiness, customer relations, census growth, and cost-effective operations. Supported by friendly nurses and a diverse team that includes therapy, physicians, social work, pharmacy, dietetics, case management, and environmental services, the Administrator, Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center leverages protocols, decision support, and consult availability to sustain high-quality outcomes and service excellence. Candidates earning quick interviews have five years of proven healthcare leadership experience, at least one year as a Nursing Home Administrator, NHA Certification, and a current PA Nursing Home license.
