The Administrative Director Respiratory Services will report to the Chief Operating Officer and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all Respiratory Care Department(s) providing services to hospital.  The Director will provide effective leadership to staff to achieve long- and short-term department goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's vision and business strategies.  In addition, the Administrative Director Respiratory Services will engage with other key decision-makers and leaders within the organization to ensure successful programs and policies relating to Respiratory Services; formulating and defining department budgets; providing input on department policies and procedures; and performing managerial duties to direct reports.
