The Trauma Program Nurse Coordinator will coordinate hospital resources, encourage collaboration from hospital unit directors, and develop the trauma program. The full time RN-licensed Trauma Program Nurse Coordinator will receive general direction and mentorship from the Chief Nursing Officer. The Trauma Program Nurse Coordinator will ensure the Trauma Program gains accreditation, keeps accreditation, is legally compliant, ensures quality patient care, and receives the support needed, administratively and clinically.
