The Perioperative Nurse Director will be joining a hospital that has been serving their community and the surrounding areas since the 1940s. Since their opening, they have continued to expand. Being one of the fastest-growing communities in WA state they have continued to adapt to the growing demand for healthcare services. Sometime next year to keep up with the demand they will be breaking ground on an entirely new hospital. Offering services such as Surgery, Family Care, Mother and Baby services, Pain Management, Occupational Medicine, Therapy, Emergency Services, Imaging, Clinical Laboratory, ICU and Medical-Surgical many area residents can seek the care they need close to home.
This active Surgery Department performs diverse cases including GI, Orthopedics, OB-GYN, Podiatry, Sports Medicine and General Surgery. The ideal candidate will have both inpatient and outpatient surgical clinical experience. This is a stellar opportunity for a skilled Surgical Nurse Director to be a part of a strong, passionate team in this thriving Surgical Services/Anesthesia program.
This hospital is located in a Desert Oasis, in the Columbia Basin in Central Washington. Though the climate is arid, water recreation is one of the main attractions. Yes, there is a lake--one of the largest freshwater lakes in Washington. Fishing, waterskiing, canoeing, and kayaking are some of the activities available within the city limits.
