Surgery Center Administrator

A San Francisco Bay Area Ambulatory Surgery Center is actively seeking an Administrator to lead their organization. 

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will report to the Chief Medical Officer, and will be supported by a Director of Nursing and numerous nurse managers. 

 The ASC Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will be responsible for the management and operations of the Center as a whole. It will be the duty of the ASC Administrator to communicate effectively with Physicians, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Executives alike to ensure that the facility runs according to policies and procedures. Additionally, they will manage fiscal operations, employee relations as well as regulatory compliance within the Surgery Center. 

As ASC Administrator with this multi-specialty surgery center, it will be important to lead with the facility’s mission of providing patients with high quality, safe, cost effective outpatient surgical care delivered in a friendly, convenient, caring environment. An organized, detail oriented, adaptable team leader will make for an ideal ASC Administrator with this surgery center.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will oversee a facility with 4 operating rooms and 1 procedure room, which performs 600-700 monthly procedures.  The ASC Administrator will oversee a facility which performs numerous procedures, but primarily orthopedics and total joints.
