The Educator of Respiratory Services will work with a non profit hospital that is committed to providing quality health programs and services to the citizens of the community for the past 80 years.  The Cardiopulmonary Educator will work with a team of employees, physicians, and volunteers who share a common commitment and sense of purpose: working together to make a difference in healing people and strengthening the community.

The Educator of Respiratory Care will report directly to the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services. The Educator of Respiratory Services will ensure that quality professional services are available through Respiratory Care Services and in attaining the goals of the Department, Service group and Hospital.

The Educator of Respiratory Services will need to graduate with a respiratory therapy program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association (AMA) so as to qualify for examination and licensure by the California State Respiratory Care Examining Committee as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.

The Educator of Cardiopulmonary Services will have minimum of one to two years recent experience in respiratory patient care and respiratory care technology in an accredited acute care facility required. NICU experience is required with RCP licensure and Bachelors degree.
