The Senior Nurse Director Inpatient Services and Operations will carry the hospital’s strategic vision for the Department of Nursing and foster and participate in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment. This Nurse executive must be versed in supporting collegial relationships among nurses and other healthcare providers to achieve the goal of clinically integrated care.

Along with the three other Senior Nurse Directors, the Senior Nurse Director Inpatient Services and Operations will have close to 400 FTEs report to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This Nurse leader will lead the following departments:
- Stepdown Units
- Observation Units
- Magnet Journey
- Float Pool
- House Supervisors
- Infusion Team
- Admission RNs
- Discharge RNs
