The Acute Care Services Director position will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will work very closely with the Chief Medical Officer to devise goals and objectives for the inpatient departments. Directly reporting to the Acute Care Services Director are 6 Clinical Directors who oversee Inpatient Pediatrics, Birthing Services, Pediatric Intensive Care, Neo-Natal Intensive Care, Pediatric Emergency, and Quality/Risk Management.
The Acute Care Services Director provides leadership to clinical managers, promoting evidence-based medicine and nursing, while driving continuous process improvements in operational and service excellence. They will get the opportunity to serve as a strong leader, and mentor an amazing staff, with their excellent communication and analytical skills.
