A Robotics Surgical Services Assistant Director is needed at a Baltimore/ DC area hospital.

The Robotics Surgical Services Assistant Director will be an expert in this specialty area and will oversees logistics, scheduling, inventory, equipment operations, and training. They will often assist surgical staff during procedures, advising on proper use and calibration of equipment. This Nurse Leader will report to Director of Perioperative Services.
The Robotics expert will initiate, maintain, and frequently update departmental protocols related to robotic surgery. They will manage robotic surgery schedule, setting priorities and coordinating staff, inventory, and equipment setup.
This role will also give the Nurse leader a chance to grow their business acumen as they will order and maintains inventory and ancillary supplies related to robotic surgery. Including Managing routine preventative maintenance of the "daVinci™ Surgical System" software and equipment.
