This Outpatient Cardiovascular Clinic and the associated hospital are among the best in the Greater Portland, Oregon area. A center of excellence for cardiology, neuroscience, orthopedics, and oncology, the RN Nursing Manager will join a reputable team of healthcare professionals. Attached to a 300-bed medical center, the clinic that you’ll oversee is a particularly busy heart clinic, seeing pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients from all walks of life. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Cardiovascular Service Lines, the RN Clinic Manager will earn ample experience working with a broad range of senior-level healthcare leaders, and get exposure that would be quite uncommon in an inpatient setting. In this triad leadership model, you’ll work in tandem with the Clinical Manager and the Physician Leader to deliver compassionate, effective, and superior patient care. Through the triad model, you’ll provide operational leadership to a staff of over 20 Registered Nurses, Catheterization Lab RNs, Cardiovascular (CV) Techs, Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurses, and support staff.  

Providing a wide array of Cardiovascular services, this Outpatient Clinic truly is one of the best in the Seattle Region. The RN Nursing Manager will ensure the operational efficiencies of a clinic that offers heart failure evaluation and event management, echocardiography and vascular imaging, a full range of interventional procedures, dietary support and management, and the diagnosis of, and treatment for, many of the largest cardiovascular issues facing the community.

The RN Associate Nursing Manager will take broad accountability for the efficiency and performance of clinical operations. You’ll oversee financial target creation, budgetary development and adherence, and you’ll sponsor quality management strategies to enrich this Outpatient Clinic and its wonderful staff. Diverse nursing experience will surely come in handy, as you’ll be working with RNs from across the continuum of care. Additionally, you’ll be working closely with physicians and providers, so strong communication skills and talents around physician relations will serve you well.
