The RN Nurse Manager of Adolescent Inpatient Behavioral Health will join a Joint Commission accredited behavioral health system that has been serving the Central New Jersey community for over 100 years. The facility specializes in inpatient psychiatric treatment as well as rehabilitation for substance abuse for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
The RN Nurse Manager Adolescent Inpatient Behavioral Health will staff, support, manage, train, educate, and provide reviews for the department. Reporting directly to the Department Director the Nurse Manager will establish goals and objectives, create policies and procedures, and produce and meet budgets. The RN Nurse Manager of Adolescent Behavioral Health will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, department managers, and support staff in an effort to accomplish the facility's mission. As a leader in the hospital the Nurse Manager will be expected to obtain customer satisfaction levels, resolve problems, and identify new opportunities.
