The RN Nurse Director Outpatient Emergency Department will be accountable for the operations of all Emergency Services at the Free-standing ED. They will work to develop goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Nurse Director Emergency Services will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the Emergency Room and work together to improve patient care plans. Supported by the Emergency Department Nurse Supervisor, the RN Nurse Director Outpatient Emergency Department will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer CEO.
