The RN Nurse Critical Care Services Manager will report to the ICU Director and be supported by a stellar team, including a CCRN Nurse Supervisor, CCRN Charge Nurses, and a staff of nurses with extensive critical care experience. With their clinical and leadership expertise, the RN Nurse Critical Care Services Manager will serve as an important resource and figurehead for the department.

The RN Nurse Critical Care Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the ICU alongside the Director, a job that requires thorough evaluation of patient care delivery and bolstering the nursing staff through pointed recruitment, orientation, and clinical training. Budgetary oversight and fiscal stability of the department, as well as policy development and implementation, will also fall to the RN Nurse Critical Care Services Manager.
