The Nurse Manager PACU will have endless opportunities to add quantifiable results to their resume. Day-to-Day they will pilot everyday operations and take oversight of budgetary maintenance and coordination of unit staff scheduling. This Surgical Services Nurse Leader will ensure that quality care is provided to patients and that their team of Staff RNs, Surgical Techs, Nurse Educators, Nurse Supervisors, Assistant Nurse Managers and Charge RNs are supported.
The RN Nurse Manager Post Anesthesia Care Unit will work directly with the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services as well as the Nurse Manager Operating Room and other healthcare leaders for quality improvement, risk management and staff education. This Nurse Leader will serve nursing staff through active empowerment and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, avocation and the development of leadership skills. This Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to become a transformative leader who will challenge and shape systems within the PACU and hospital wide.
