RN House Supervisor

A medium sized hospital in Los Angeles County, is looking for a House Supervisor to join their team. This is a good opportunity to manage 2 facilities!

Reporting to the Hospital Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nursing House Supervisor works with Nursing Administration, Nurse Managers, Nurse Directors, and nursing staff, to ensure quality patient care outcomes for the hospital. The House Supervisor will have a minimum of a Bachelor Science Nursing (BSN) Degree, and minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a House Supervisor in an acute care setting with experience working in a locked Psychiatric Unit.

Responsibilities for the Hospital RN Nursing Supervisor include managing all Nursing Departments and nursing staff for the hospital and psych, and scheduling.  Also, the Hospital House Supervisor ensures that Hospital Departments are running smoothly and employees are fulfilling their job responsibilities and assignments. The candidate will also participate in the development and implementation of the philosophy and objectives for Nursing Service.
