They will oversee all preventative screening programs such as TB skin testing, influenza, hepatitis B, MMR, varicella and other appropriate immunizations. The Hospital Educator will always maintain and ensure confidentiality of patient information and medical records in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The RN Hospital Nurse Educator is the central advocate for employee rights and will thus ensure that all employees have equal access to preventative health and safety measures. Using their excellent communication and organizational skills, the Educator will collaborate with department managers / heads in order to facilitate new policy / technology development, patient case study, and quality assurance monitoring. The RN Hospital Nurse Educator will work tirelessly to keep the hospital staff safe, happy, and healthy.
