RN Director Quality

An award-winning Cancer Research Center in South Florida is seeking a driven Nurse Director of Quality Care to join its staff.

This state-of-the-art 20,000+ square feet Cancer Research Center is one of the most respected in the state of Florida with a full range of medical and technological services. The Nurse Director of Quality Care would be joining a team of physicians and specialists who combine world- recognized medical expertise, innovation, and compassionate care to treat their patients.

The RN Director of Quality Care will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate  the hospital’s performance improvement program, accreditation, and licensure activities. The Nurse Director of Quality Care will also manage, supervise, and coordinate the functions of their department including hospital accreditation preparation, performance improvement teams, tasks forces, and other related activities. 

In collaboration with the Hospital and Cancer Center Leadership, the Nurse Director of Quality Care will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the medical staff peer review activities as it relates to credentialing and patient safety. The Director of Quality Care Registered Nurse will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
