Reporting to the CNO, the RN Director of Care Management will be well supported by a team of Supervisors, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Associates, Utilization Review Specialists and Nursing Administration.

The Director of Care Management will mandate collaboration between staff, patients, and payers in order to achieve cost effective outcomes. As Care Management Director, you will maintain a thorough understanding of Case Management Services regulations as well as other payer supporting authorization. The Nursing Director Care Management will direct the workflow of a team of passionate and accountable case managers while innovating department policies and procedures. A successful Care Management Director will serve as a well-informed resource to other department leaders as needed.
