The Director of Women and Children’s Services RN will provide their skilled guidance and vision over the operations of the busy Birthing Center. Reporting to and in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Director will be a vital leader in addressing clinical concerns and interpreting hospital policies. In addition, they will play a crucial role in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of care quality as well as unit budgets.

The RN Director Women and Child’s Services will be welcomed by a team of dynamic, advanced staff of Obstetrics, Gynecology, Neonatal healthcare professionals including doctors, midwifes, and RNs. Responsible for cultivating and continuing an on-going efficient and positive culture, the Birthing Center Director will be entering into a unit that feels like family.

This fantastic hospital offers Perinatal, Neonatal, Post-Delivery, Midwifery, and Pediatric Services for Director and their team will thrive in the innovative and progressive nature of their unit. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art birthing beds and nursery beds/ The family birthing unit is staffed with a low-patient ratio, enabling direct patient monitoring.
