The Registered Nurse Case Manager will be in charge of coordinating covered patient services, working closely with patients and families to have a holistic understanding of healthcare needs, and providing education to patients. The Coordinator Case Management RN will report to the Manager Case Management and will work a fantastic day shift, Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends!
