In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Nurse Recruiter will direct recruiting strategy, develop employment marketing materials, conduct interviews with Healthcare professionals and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Remote Nurse Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the Mid-West and nationally. In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Nursing Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job. This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting and hands-on client consulting.

Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income dreams. The most successful Remote Nurse Recruiters regularly earn above $250,000 per year. The Remote Nurse Recruiter will earn a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels, Sales Incentives and full Health Insurance.
Remote Recruiters should have a professional home office environment with the ability to work on a remote basis long term. Employees will be working remotely.
