A local community hospital in the Las Vegas is hiring Registered Nurse Manager of Quality

 This 262 plus bed acute care facility offers a family centered, full service comprehensive healthcare center with state-of-the-art technology and implementing the most current evidence-based practice. This facility is accredited by multiple organizations locally and nationally.

 The hiring Registered Nurse Manager of Quality is responsible for the facility’s activities aimed assuring quality and at preventing risk. Requires broad knowledge of clinical and administrative requirements and accreditation/licensure standards. Coordinates classification and reporting of all patient, employee, and significant community acquired infections identified at the Medical Center. Infection Prevention Program and is responsible for compliance. 

 Manager of Risk and Accreditation will report to the Director of Clinical Quality, the Accreditation Manager will ensure that the hospital and all services included on the State of California license are in continual readiness status for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (Joint Commission), Department of Health Services (DHS) and Centers for Medicaid (CMS) surveys.

The hospital is home to a network of six acute care hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada and nearby communities. Located in the Las Vegas area, the hospital offers a wide range of healthcare services including emergency care, surgical services, cardiovascular and neurological care, women’s health, maternity and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, and specialty programs in stroke, chest pain, orthopedics, advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and outpatient physical therapy.
