The Registered Nurse First Assistant RNFA will join a tightknit Surgical Services team consisting of one of the foremost surgeons in the region and a knowledgeable nursing staff of 10-15 employees. The Certified RNFA will provide invaluable first assist services to this Operating Room OR department on top of their traditional surgery RN tasks. The RNFA responsibilities will include pre-op assessment, post-op management, and intraoperative duties like wound care, wielding medical instruments, and suturing, in addition to other needs.
