Regional Surgery Center Administrator

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Regional Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator. The Regional Administrator will oversee multiple outpatient surgery centers and surgical hospitals in Northern California. 

The surgery centers are affiliated with a large healthcare system with multiple ASCs, acute care hospitals and clinics throughout the West Coast. The Regional Administrator will hold a valuable role as this company continues growing, expanding and building lasting relationships with physicians in the region. The RVP is supported by local Surgery Center Administrators at each outpatient center; the Regional Administrator also recruits, selects, directly supervises, and counsels ASC Administrators and or surgical hospital CEO. This position will report to the Senior Chief of Operations and CEO. 

The Regional Surgery Center Administrator's task may include but are not limited to:

  • Monitors quality, service, finance and growth performance of individual ASCs and or surgical hospital works with ASC Administrators to meet goals.
  • Assists Surgical Hospital CEOs in developing the annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Monitors business processes and outcomes, recommending corrective actions to ensure effective implementation
  • Identifies and develops new programs and sources of revenue.

Located in Northern California, the Regional ASC Director will be supported with a high base salary with bonus potential. Additionally, there is potential for relocation assistance for out of area candidates.
