Regional Nurse Director Home Health, Palliative Care and Transitional Care Services

An excellent opportunity is now available for a Regional Nurse Director Hospice, Home Health and Transitional Care Services for a Seattle Metropolitan Healthcare Organization.

The Regional Director will be responsible for the organizations patient transitions from Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Post-Acute Operations.

The Regional Nurse Director of Hospice and Home Care will oversee budgeting, strategic planning and growth for this hospital based Home Care Agency and will have experience in financial and operational matters related to outpatient Hospice and/or Home Health units.  The Regional Director will have operational oversight of 3 Home Health and Hospice Branches. The Regional Director of Transitional of Care Services will be responsible to travel throughout the region, and will be a key figure in growing the overall size, reputation and profitability of the service line.

The Nurse Director Palliative Care and Home Health will report to the Regional Vice President and will lead an excellent team of registered nurses, nurse supervisors, dietitians, social workers and oncology specialists. The Nurse Manager of Hospice and Home Care will work closely with Palliative Care Department and collaborate with a knowledgeable group of therapists and Physicians.
