Through a team-oriented, matrix approach, the Regional Director Women and Children Ambulatory Services will reporting to the Corporate Chief Operating Officer, and work closely with the system CEO, CMO, Service Line Physicians, Providers, Practice Administrators, and Practice Managers to spearhead strategic initiatives and growth opportunities for women and children ambulatory services. The Regional Director Women and Children Ambulatory Service Line will establish operational processes, streamline procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and  introduce system integration for the women and children's ambulatory service line and the regional physician network locations.

Ideally the Regional Director Women and Children Ambulatory Services will have prior experience overseeing operations, business development, and strategic growth, over multiple ambulatory practices dedicated to OB/GYN, women and pediatric services. The Regional Director Women and Children Ambulatory Services will be master's prepared, hold prior leadership experience over ambulatory services, and have in-depth knowledge of medical practice and service line operations. With oversight of ambulatory clinics and physician practices located throughout northern Michigan, the Regional Director Women and Children Services has the option to reside off Lake Michigan, along the bay, nested on the lake, or in a suburb located more inland.
