The Vice President of Business Development will be compensated with an impressive base salary and a compensation structure with on target execution (OTE) of $150,000+. The VP of Business Development will be able to work remotely and will be expected to travel throughout a multi-state territory. The ability to form last relationships with Physicians and Medical Practice Administrators is paramount for a successful Business Development VP.  The Vice President will be networking and calling on independent physician practices and pitching an integrated physician group business model. 

This medical group management company truly puts the Physician in the driver’s seat. This is a physician-led organization and they understand the details of running a patient-centered and financially successful medical practice. The Vice President of Business Development will be on the front-lines selling the business model to potential physician partners. 

The Vice President of Business Development will work collaboratively with the VP of Growth Strategy and Operations to prospect, educate potential partners and form lasting business relationships with Podiatrist and other medical specialists.
