The Physical and Occupational Therapy Services are provided in Inpatient and Outpatients settings. The department offers proficiency in ortho, spinal, vestibular, hand, geriatric, and neurological conditions. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist with this hospital you will be assigned complete care of a patient, insuring that both patient and provider become familiar with each other and the care being given. You will work closely with other care providers and family members to facilitate treatment plans.
The Physical Therapist will perform initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement treatment programs, evaluate patient’s response and recovery, maintain patient records, and devise proper discharge plans. The Physical Therapist Outpatient will need a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Masters and be a certified Physical Therapist in the state of California.
