The Hospice Nurse Manager Palliative Care will oversee 3 Palliative Care units with a mix of both inpatients and outpatient centers as well as a Home Health and Hospice Referral Intake center.
The Palliative Care Nurse Manager will report to the Senior Service Line Director and will collaborate frequently with leadership across multiple care sites. The Nurse Manager Palliative Care will oversee department budget, compliance and regulatory standards, operations, and HR management.

The Palliative Care Hospice Nurse Manager will have either Palliative Care Nursing or Hospice Nursing experience and nursing leadership experience. The RN Manager Hospice Palliative Care will travel between each unit sites, assess practice needs, and evaluate new goals and quality programs.
