Outpatient Cancer Treatment Center Nurse

A Medical Oncology Nursing position is now open with a premier hospital system in the Seattle, Washington market. The Oncology RN will work at an outpatient Oncology Clinic and will provide critical patient care to cancer patients that need it most. The Oncology Nurse will provide direct patient care and enjoy the work life balance of working day shift hours. There are occasional Saturday hours; however, the majority of work days will be traditionally Monday through Friday.

The Oncology Nurse working at this busy outpatient cancer clinic will administer chemotherapy and provide compassionate, patient focused care. Other daily responsibilities of the Oncology RN will be to assessing patient data, collecting health history information, accurately documenting patient treatments using electronic medical records, reviewing and modifying patient care plans, educating patients and their families, and coordinating all care with a dedicated team of cancer treatment professionals.
