As the Evening Shift Charge Nurse, you will have the chance to work alongside and help lead one of the most highly recognized Operating Room Nurse staffs not only in California, but nationwide. As the Evening Charge Nurse, you will be a pillar of strength and leadership to the Surgical Nurse team through helping coordinate scheduling, patient assignments, and hands on patient care throughout the Operating Room. Reporting to the OR Nurse Manager, the Charge Nurse will be the liaison between clinical management and patient care at one of the most patient-focused facilities in the country.
The Surgical Services Charge Nurse will have responsibility for helping manage and deliver care in a state of the art Operating Room which handles all service line cases outside of Transplant cases. With an ever-increasing demand for our services, you will have the opportunity to grow alongside our Operating Room Nurse Staff throughout your career. The OR Charge Nurse will also have the opportunity to handle new challenges and interesting cases on a daily basis as we are a Level II Trauma facility with over 160 employees and a dynamic case/patient workload.
