The Operating Room Nurse Manager at this Outpatient Surgery Center will be joining a state-of-the-art, 36,000 square-foot facility that is equipped with the most advanced and comprehensive technology in order to ensure the best level of quality care is delivered.
The Operating Room Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to work on a beautiful campus that includes 12 Operating Rooms prepped with the most forward-thinking technology, 32 postoperative rooms, a comprehensive laboratory, and a superior pharmacy. This Same-Day Surgery Center possesses the capabilities to conduct highly complex outpatient procedures in the areas of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology. The ASC Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Nursing and have oversight of 70+ Full Time employees including Registered Nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities in this role include scheduling, collaborating, staffing, and serving as a mentor to RN's and other clinical support staff.
