The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will report to the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services and be supported by tenured operating room staff that are proud to work in this busy unit. In addition, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will enjoy working alongside area leading surgeons, advanced practice providers, and operations leadership that all have a focus on patient care.
This surgical department offers inpatient surgery, same-day surgery and advanced complex trauma cases. Thousands of patients have entrusted this hospital with their surgical care and thousands more will. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will assume this position and be groomed for internal promotion. The Nurse Director of Perioperative Services has great experience and aims to promote, support, develop and transition their successor. The hospital is a Primary Stroke Center and Trauma Center.
