The Operating Room Nurse Manager will join an organization that is nationally recognized for providing industry-leading patient-centered care. This facility possesses the latest technology used to support state-of-the-art surgical suites and procedure rooms. Specialties include medical/surgical, intensive care, and labor and delivery. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will play an integral role in helping the hospital achieve its mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
The Operating Room Nurse Manager will have complete oversight of the Surgical Services department while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Servces, the Operating Room Nurse Manager is responsible for 4 OR’s that are used to conduct over 500 surgeries a month. Clinically advanced services include cases from specialties such as orthopedics, cardiovascular, oncology, and neurology. Responsibilities include budget development, improving performance metrics, developing and delivering training, and strategic planning.
