This multi-specialty Critical Care Unit / Intensive Care Unit has had an astounding track record of delivering the highest quality, award winning care. The CCU Nursing Manager will take direct clinical and managerial control of this high-performing 16-bed ICU unit. In addition to general critical care, this unit also sees some of the area’s most critically ill respiratory, cardiac, and Covid patients.

The CCU Nursing Manager will play a crucial role in the clinical and administrative operations of this unit, and of this hospital. You will actively participate in the development and planning of the annual budget, setting and maintaining target staffing levels, and keeping a close eye on regulatory compliance for the Intensive Care Unit. Reporting to the Administrative Director of Nursing, the CCU Manager will lead an outstanding team in a busy department. Directly supported by 6 ICU Nurse Supervisors, many of whom are CCRN Certified Critical Care Nurses themselves, the Manager will lead a department that has a track record of great patient outcomes and unmatched employee engagement.
