The Nurse Director Behavioral Health will be accountable for the overall operations, efficiency, quality, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and financial soundness of the behavioral medicine service line. In collaboration with the physicians, medical director and other key stakeholders, establish service line strategic goals aligned with the organizational strategic plan.  Responsible for implementation of service-wide changes across departmental lines. Utilizes performance excellence as the process to manage day to day business operations.

The Nurse Director Behavioral Health is required to have both their BSN and MSN with a minimum of three years of direct patient care in Behavioral Medicine and at least three years experience in health care management. An active RN license in the state of North Carolina is required as well.
