Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health and Social Services, the Nurse Practitioner Transgender Population will work within the organization’s Transgender Program, which provides essential services to the LGBT community. The Nurse Practitioner Transgender Population will work with HIV/HCV prevention and related services for Transgender Women.
The Nurse Practitioner Transgender Population will perform medical examination and evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. The Nurse Practitioner Transgender Population will educate patients about preventative care and make referrals as needed.
