A rural short-term acute care medical center in Northern Central Washington is eagerly searching for a Nurse practitioner to join their growing team of dedicated nurses, providers, and staff.
This medical center provides for a large radius of Central Washington. Many within this population are underserved, so the Nurse Practitioner will be doing a philanthropic service and making a difference within this rare position. The medical center has approximately 70 beds and had just over 600 hospital admissions in 2019. This community hospital focuses on caring for their community with integrity and improving the health of their community.
As a part of this medical center the Nurse Practitioner will have philanthropic-mindset and desire to improve the community. The Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical services with direction from the Clinic Medical Director. The Clinic Medical Director will also be the Nurse Practitioners’ main point of reporting and collaboration. The medical center encourages collaboration, asking questions, and growth, so the Nurse Practitioner will be presented with growth opportunities. The Nurse Practitioner will provide care and do so by adhering to all clinic policies and state/ federal laws. Professionalism and kindness are to be emphasized as the Nurse Practitioner provides for patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be working independently as well as a part of a team.
