The Nurse Manager Wound Care CWCN will report to the Director of Wound Care and oversee a Wound Care Clinic with two Wound Care RNs and support staff. The Wound Clinic is an outpatient center specializing in the treatment of non-healing wounds. Therapies include innovative techniques for wound healing such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
The Nurse Manager Wound Care CWCN will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the Wound Care Clinic, including patient care management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager Wound Care CWCN will use audits, data analysis, and incident reports to improve patient outcomes, develop action plans, and work with staff to maximize patient independence.
