This Hospital has been a staple of the community for many years, and the incoming Manager Surgical Services will play a large role in keeping it that way.
The Nurse Manager Surgical Services reports to the Director Perioperative Services and is supported by the Operating Room Supervisors. The Nurse Manager leads the day to day operations and takes oversight of budgetary maintenance for the Operating Rooms. This person ensures that quality care is provided and that services are compliant with federal and state regulations.
The Manager Surgical Services will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Director Surgical Services and other healthcare leaders for staff education, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management. This person will serve the Operating Room Supervisors, Nurses, and Staff by empowering them to excel in clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and patient safety.
