Reporting to the Nurse Director of Oncology, the Nurse Manager Outpatient Oncology Cancer Center will be well supported by an Assistant Nurse Manager, Oncology Charge Nurses, and talented Cancer Center RNs. The Nurse Manager Outpatient Oncology Cancer Center will work collaboratively with the Cancer Center Director on patient safety and staff development initiatives.
The Nurse Manager Outpatient Oncology Cancer Center will coordinate and direct patient care operations on behalf of the Nurse Director of Oncology. The Nurse Manager Outpatient Oncology Cancer Center will facilitate ongoing staff development, program planning, and delivery of compassionate care to achieve unit goals.
