The Nurse Manager of Quality Improvement will be joining a state of the art acute care facility home to 25 licensed beds. Hospital offers patient and family focused care within inpatient critical care, medical, surgical and emergency services; along with a variety of outpatient services including cardiac and physical rehabilitation, oncology services, radiology and a fully equipped lab. Hospital is affiliated with a New Hampshire based health care system, whose goal is to provide and maintain access to high quality healthcare throughout the community.
The Nurse Manager of Quality Improvement will be a registered nurse with a strong Nurse with progressive experience within Quality improvement. Primary responsibilities involve selecting meaningful and attainable quality goals, organizing and coordinating meetings of various committees, including Medical Staff Medicine, Surgery, Corporate Compliance Committee and Board Quality. The Nurse manager of Quality will Track, analyze and compile inpatient and outpatient quality indicators, core measures, and event monitoring. Performs data collection and data entry. The Nurse Manager of Quality will have extensive quality management experience to lead performance improvement efforts.
