The Nursing Manager of Birthing Services will coordinate the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing care on the unit. The Birthing Nurse Manager will be responsible for staffing and scheduling, evaluation of staff performance, and provide nursing education. With oversight of quality improvement initiatives and unit budgeting, the Mother/Baby Nurse Manager will be expected to handle a significant level of administrative duties.
