The birthing unit features 2 labor rooms, 3 post-partum rooms and 7 nursery beds performing nearly 90 births annually. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Maternal Child Health, progressive leadership experience, and fresh clinical skills so they can support the entire team when needed.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager of Labor Delivery is responsible for managing workflow and clinical staff assignments, empowering staff to focus on continuous improvement, and will serve as the clinical and professional development leader for the unit.
